Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Also featured in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying various parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the current investigative process.
